I have mentioned before that I know meditation helps but it is one of those things that for some inexplicable reason I don't do it.  I got an email today that has inspired me to try to start meditating on a daily basis again.  I would really appreciate it if some of you would join me.  For anyone who has never meditated before but would like to try these meditations are excellent because they are guided so all you have to do is sit quietly and listen.
